"My worst experience with an insurance agency. I bought car insurance, and after two months they canceled it without any notification. I was driving without insurance. I only found out because the finance company informed me that my insurance was no longer valid. When I called Erick Martinez's office, they couldn't give me any explanation as to why it was canceled. I lost my money; there was no refund."
