"Normally my experiences were great, I would call about my policies and I’d get a question here, a question there, and then be presented my options. This time was different, I called to cancel my homeowner’s policy because the premium was too high and State Farm’s competitors were $$$$ cheaper with more coverage. That’s not Erick M’s policy, it’s State Farm’s, I get that. I called to cancel my policies, and there were no questions about why I wanted to cancel, can we possibly move some things around or anything. Just when do you want to cancel the policy and that was it. I’ve had these policies for almost 4 years, stuck around when premiums went up and I shouldn’t have. I think almost 4 years of loyalty deserved a question as to why I wanted to cancel. That’s just me though."
